Our Care Options
Every resident is different. So is every family's situation. We offer three levels of care - each designed to give people what they need without taking more independence than necessary.
For residents who are mostly independent but need help with daily tasks - medication, bathing, dressing, meals. Your own apartment, your own schedule, with staff available around the clock.
For residents with Alzheimer's or other dementias. Secure spaces, structured days, and staff trained in dementia care. We focus on what still reaches people - familiar routines, music, connection.
Short-term stays for seniors who need temporary support - after a hospital visit, while a caregiver travels, or to try us out. Full access to meals, programming, and care.
Not sure which is right? Call us. We'll help you figure it out.
A Day at the Cottage
Morning
Residents wake up on their own time. Staff help with dressing or medication if needed, but nobody's rushing. Breakfast is in the dining room. Some people eat early, others sleep in.
Midday
Programming starts late morning. Chair yoga, painting, trivia, live music. Some residents do everything. Others pick and choose. Lunch is the biggest meal, it's when you'll connect with friends and linger at the table.
Afternoon
Quiet time. Naps, reading, sitting outside. Families often visit. This is your free time, spend it as you please, with the people you care about.
Evening
Things are quieting down. Unwind a novel, or with some screen time. Enjoy your dinner with people you love. Another day well spent at The Cottage.
