As Director of Resident Engagement, Rick believes that a vibrant community is at the heart of a great home. His passion for connecting with people began as a lead CNA here at The Cottage at Litchfield Hills. He has made it his mission to transform the resident experience from a standard service to a lifestyle. Rick and his team develop a wide array of programs—from the new daily workout program and cooking corner to special community events—all designed to reflect the diverse interests of our residents.
